Package Deal:
2 x 60 minutes $90 per session per week
BONUS: Train with up to 2 family members, partner or friends for NO EXTRA COST! to help each other stay motivated & accountable. If you’d like to train with more than 2 extra people, it’s just an extra $10/per person, per session.
Minimum Commitment: A minimum commitment of 8 weeks is required for all our programs. After the initial commitment, you can continue with a pay-as-you-go structure.

Personalised Fitness Assessment: An initial assessment to evaluate your current fitness level, goals, and any specific needs or limitations.
Customised Workout Plans: Tailored workout programs designed to meet your individual fitness goals, whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, or overall health improvement.
Gym Equipment: We bring all the necessary equipment to keep workouts varied and results driven.
Nutritional Guidance: Nutrition advice or meal planning assistance to complement your training and help you achieve your goals.
Progress Tracking: Regular assessments to monitor your progress, adjust your training plan as needed, and keep you motivated.
Access to Online Resources: Some packages may include access to online workout videos, nutrition guides, or fitness apps to support your training outside of sessions.
Support and Motivation: Ongoing support from your trainer, including motivation, accountability, and encouragement throughout your fitness journey.
Flexibility in Scheduling: Options for scheduling sessions at times that work best for you, whether in-person or virtually.
We come to you: No travel fees for virtual training our extensive listed suburb locations.
45 MINUTE SESSIONS
