1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
You have my undivided attention.
Maximize your hard work and dedication with one-on-one, goal-oriented fitness coaching and customised personal training plans.
1-on-1 training sessions, once, twice or three times a week, depending on your budget, and what you’re looking to achieve within a stipulated time-frame.
Sessions are customised to suit each client’s individual fitness level and current understanding of training/exercise. Programs are adjusted when needed, whether it means scaling back because of injury, ramping up because a goal has been surpassed, or providing additional motivation when it’s needed most.
Nutrition is, without a doubt, a significant aspect of health and fitness. I understand meal prepping can be hard and laborious, but it is vital. To get you started, all PT packs come with recipes and a meal prepping guide. Ongoing healthy, wholefood eating support is given along the way.
Sessions combine facets of functional training including Kettlebells, TRX, Medicine Balls, Boxing, Cardio and Dumb Bells. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels; these session will burn body fat, increase strength and improve fitness.
Training can be done inside my current gym location, outdoor, or at your home, whichever is most suitable for you.
An in-depth consultation, prior to starting any program, will establish our starting point.
*Mobile Training outside the 10km radius will incur additional travel costs.
SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS
The economical alternative.
Semi-private training sessions are designed to improve motivation, accountability, fitness results, and overall health for people of all experience levels.
Sessions combine facets of functional training including Kettlebells, TRX, Medicine Balls, Boxing, Cardio and Dumb Bells. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels; these session will burn body fat, increase strength and improve fitness.
An economical alternative to the 1-on-1 Personal Training, Semi-Private sessions enable you to workout with your friends, family & peers while still getting the individual attention needed.
Sessions are tailored specifically for each individual, within the group, based on a fitness assessment consult.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small Group training sessions provide:

You will still receive necessary attention, ensuring you are exercising safely with the proper technique. Suggested improvements may be offered whilst answering any questions you may have.
