6, 8 OR 12 WEEK BODY + MINDSET TRANSFORMATION

The ‘Body + Mindset Transformation’ is a physical training program that also focuses on self discipline. We will help you build new habits which will assist you to make lasting change beyond the 6, 8 or 12 weeks. This program is a combination of customised training, mindset coaching & nutritional aids, all purposefully designed to help you establish a solid, healthy lifestyle routine, that works for you.

Sessions combine facets of functional training including Kettlebells, TRX, Medicine Balls, Boxing, Cardio and Dumb Bells. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels; these sessions will burn body fat, increase strength, improve fitness & mental wellbeing.

Nutrition is, without a doubt, a significant aspect of health and fitness. I understand meal prepping can be hard and laborious, but it is vital. To get you on the right track, recipe packs are included. Ongoing healthy, wholefood eating support is given along the way.


This is NOT a short term challenge - it’s the start of a long-term healthy, sustainable lifestyle.


TRAINING OPTIONS:

  1. 1-ON-1 Transformation Training
    You have my undivided attention. Maximize your hard work and dedication with one-on-one, goal-oriented fitness coaching.

  2. Partner Up!
    Max. 2 members - for those who prefer to train with a friend, family member or peer whilst still getting the individual attention needed.

  3. Transform Together
    The economical alternative. Max. 6 member training sessions, designed to improve motivation and accountability.

All sessions are tailored specifically for each individual, based on an in depth fitness assessment consult, prior to commencing. Session timetable will be arranged closer to commencement date in order to accommodate all members as best we can.

Training is done inside my current gym location, Anytime fitness Oakleigh. Arrangements can be made for non-members.
